1.3. Code of Conduct
Respectful behaviour is expected during sessions. Any harassment or misconduct will result in immediate termination without a refund.

Refunds will not be issued in cases where the client disregards clearly outlined policies.
1.4. Energetic Protection & Boundaries
All services involve an exchange of time, energy, and expertise. By booking, clients agree to honor this exchange by respecting appointment times, payment terms, and the energetic nature of the work provided. Excessive demands, entitlement, or lack of reciprocity may result in the refusal of future services.
1.5 Third-Party Bookings
Bookings may be made on behalf of another person (e.g., as a gift or for an event), but by doing so, the person booking agrees to ensure that the recipient has reviewed and accepted all terms and conditions.

2.5. Rescheduling
Once a booking is confirmed, all details—including location, time, and format—are final if the booking is made within 48 hours of the appointment.
For bookings made more than 48 hours in advance, clients may request up to two (2) location changes with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Beyond two location changes, an additional $25 admin fee will apply per change, along with any travel fee adjustments based on the new location.
Requests to change the location, time, or service type within 48 hours of the appointment will not be accommodated unless due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the client’s control (e.g., venue closure, extreme weather, illness, death, or emergency).
Failure to confirm a suitable location in advance may result in cancellation, and standard policies will apply.
Clients requiring a specific location or format must request this at the time of booking. Failure to do so will not warrant a refund or exception.
If a genuine issue arises, the client must notify Lady Crescent as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. Rescheduling due to client preference or lack of planning does not qualify for an exception, and the standard cancellation policy will apply.
2.6. Booking Confirmations
All confirmation emails and booking details are sent to the email provided at checkout. Clients are responsible for checking their inboxes, including spam or junk folders. Failure to locate an email does not exempt clients from policies, fees, or scheduled appointments.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to all terms, including the last-minute booking fee policy for appointments made within 24 hours. Full details can be found in our Last-Minute Booking Fees Policy below.
2.7. Last-Minute Booking Fees Policy
Bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time are subject to a last-minute booking fee due to the additional time and administrative effort required for scheduling, preparation, and location coordination.
In-Person Readings: $25 last-minute booking fee
Online/Zoom Readings: $15 last-minute booking fee
Custom or Extended Sessions: 25% of the total service price
This fee is non-refundable and applies regardless of whether the client cancels or reschedules. If a last-minute booking is accepted, all location and timing details must be followed as confirmed—no changes will be accommodated once the booking is set.
Clients are encouraged to book in advance to avoid additional charges and ensure availability.
2.8. In-Person & Online Sessions
Lady Crescent is based in Queenstown, New Zealand, and does not take appointments at a personal residence. Clients booking in-person services have the following options:
Home Visits: Lady Crescent will travel to the client’s specified location as indicated at the time of booking (travel fees apply).
Public Venues: Readings may be conducted at trusted cafes or at venues chosen by the client for events or special bookings. The 48-hour notice requirement for location confirmation still applies. Location requests are subject to the nature of the booking and service requirements, and Lady Crescent reserves full authority to accept or decline any location request.
Private Space Arrangements: If a client’s home is not suitable, a private space may be arranged upon request. This request must be made at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability. A $50 venue arrangement fee applies. Lady Crescent reserves the right to accept or decline the request.
Online Readings: Remote services are available via audio or video call on Zoom for clients worldwide. Many clients find online readings just as personal and accurate as in-person sessions.
Clients are encouraged to book in advance and review travel fees, location policies, and availability before confirming their appointment.
Clients booking online services are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and the necessary technology to participate. Technical issues on the client’s end do not qualify for a refund or reschedule. If a connection issue occurs, the session will proceed for the remaining scheduled time, and no extensions will be provided.
3. Travel Policies
Lady Crescent is based in Queenstown, New Zealand, offering in-person services within the Queenstown-Lakes area. Travel fees apply for locations outside of Frankton and must be confirmed at the time of booking.

3.2. Location Confirmation & Arrangement Fees
To ensure a smooth and successful session, all bookings require location confirmation at the time of booking. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for location confirmation.
If you require a location to be provided or need assistance securing a venue, this request must be made before booking the service. Availability is not guaranteed, and additional fees may apply for private venue arrangements.
Location Assistance & Arrangement Fees:
If a client does not have a location, they are responsible for securing one that meets the session requirements. Lady Crescent or any staff member of The Mystic Brew team (ladycrescent.com) may offer recommendations or suggestions, but it is the client’s responsibility to make the final arrangements.
If the client requests direct assistance in securing a location, this will be considered a private space arrangement and will be subject to a $50 arrangement fee.
Reminder: The 48-hour notice for location confirmation still applies. Requests for assistance or private space arrangements must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice to ensure availability.
Failure to confirm a location in advance may result in the inability to proceed with the session, and standard cancellation policies will apply.
Clients are encouraged to review all location policies before confirming their appointment to avoid misunderstandings or additional charges.
3.3. Changes, Late Requests & Cancellations
Once a location is confirmed, it cannot be changed within 48 hours of the session, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances such as fire, venue closure, extreme weather, or emergencies. In such cases, clients must notify Lady Crescent as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
If a location change is required due to an emergency, rescheduling will be prioritized over refunds, otherwise, last-minute location changes will result in cancellation without refund.
Failure to confirm a location in advance may result in the inability to proceed with the session, and standard refund and cancellation policies will apply.
In cases of extreme weather, road closures, or unforeseen travel disruptions, Lady Crescent reserves the right to cancel or reschedule. Clients will be notified as soon as possible, and rescheduling will be prioritised over refunds.

Clients are encouraged to book in advance and review travel policies before confirming their appointment.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate location details and ensuring the venue meets the service requirements.
Lady Crescent reserves the right to accept or reject any location request if it is deemed unsuitable for the session.
If a location is deemed inappropriate, clients will be asked to secure an alternative space.

Is Tarot Evil? No, Tarot is not evil. It’s a tool for insight and guidance, often misunderstood as something sinister. Tarot cards don’t possess any inherent power—good or evil. Instead, they help people connect with their intuition and provide clarity on life’s challenges. They do not summon demons or cast spells; they simply offer a means for reflection and understanding, much like meditation. Tarot, like any tool, reflects the intent of the person using it. It’s about insight, not harm.
-
What is Tarot and How Does it Work? The Tarot is a deck of 78 cards, each with unique symbolism and meaning. The 22 Major Arcana cards represent significant life lessons and spiritual growth, often reflecting experiences that are inevitable. The 56 Minor Arcana cards depict everyday challenges and decisions, showing aspects of life that can be influenced or changed. When you consult the Tarot, it reveals lessons that need to be learned, acting as a mirror to your life. Tarot is not just about predicting the future—it helps shape it by guiding self-development, decision-making, and goal-setting. Each of the 78 Tarot cards holds a unique lesson connected to our life experiences. When we consult the Tarot, it reflects the specific lessons we need to learn to grow and move forward. It’s like holding up a mirror to your own life, with the cards laid out in front of you (literally), revealing the paths and challenges that need your attention.

What is a White Witch?A White Witch practices magic with pure, benevolent intentions and is often referred to as a lightworker. They follow the “harm none” rule, believing that the energy they send out returns threefold, whether good or bad. White Witches walk the right-hand path, using their natural gifts to help others and bless those in need. They honour and work closely with their ancestors, calling on their guidance and wisdom. Additionally, they worship Mother Earth, align with the seasons and elements, and seek direction from angels and divine forces. Their practices often include: • Walking the right-hand path: Using natural-born abilities to help others. • Blessing others: Especially those less fortunate or those who show kindness. • Honouring the earth and ancestors: Worshipping Mother Earth, her creations, and working with ancestral spirits for guidance. • Working with the seasons and elements: Aligning with nature’s cycles. • Seeking guidance from angels and divine forces: Establishing a deep spiritual connection. • Gratitude: Showing appreciation to deities, ancestors, the Divine, and the Universe. White Witches are bound by the Witch’s Rite, which states that using magic for harm or manipulation strips them of their natural gifts. This contrasts with Dark Witches or practitioners of black magic, who follow the left-hand path, often using magic for personal gain or manipulation. Black magic is typically associated with harmful or self-serving intentions, while White Witches focus solely on benevolence and positive actions. To be recognized as a true White Witch, one often needs to be acknowledged by a respected practitioner, a coven, or a High Elder. The title is not self-given, as it represents a deep commitment to selfless service, traditional magik, and following the principles of light magic, often under the guidance of ancestors and divine forces.

What is an Aura Reading? An aura reading interprets the energy field surrounding your body, often seen as different colours. Each colour represents various aspects of your emotional, mental, and spiritual state. During the session, the practitioner will help identify and interpret these energies, offering insights into your overall well-being, potential blockages, and strengths. This type of reading provides a deeper understanding of your inner self and the energetic forces influencing your life. It’s a unique way to gain clarity and personal insight. An aura reading is more than just a reflection of your personality—it involves reading your energy field, which is shaped by deeper emotional, mental, and spiritual factors. Unlike personality traits, which can be more easily adjusted or displayed, your aura reflects the energetic state of your being and is harder to change. Shifting your aura often requires significant emotional or spiritual growth, healing, or energy work. It’s not a simple snapshot of who you are; it’s a window into your current energetic and emotional balance.
